How We Got Started
Our heritage dates back to 1999, when Elite’s Managing Director, Stuart Burgess, joined Pegasus Software’s Retail Division.
In 2000, Advanced Paypoint Solutions was formed as a result of a Management Buyout of this division and the APS PayPoint POS solution was released. Many of our customers still use this software, as it is so reliable! In 2004, Sage acquired the Advanced Paypoint Solutions business and the team stayed with the solution.
Sage’s interest in non-accounting products (including Retail, Manufacturing and Construction) declined between 2010 and 2015 and this resulted in Sage retiring several solutions, including Sage POS, in 2014.
Several of the original team members from Pegasus, APS and Sage were still with the business at this time and with their wealth of experience now form part of the senior management team at Elite Integrations.
As you can see, we’ve spent some time with EPoS solutions! We also have a solid grounding in the accounts/ERP solutions that we integrate our EPoS software to. Our Business Partners have all worked with the Elite team for many years and our relationship with our suppliers dates back over 15 years.
